Working with Duke's sauces and mustards at work has opened many new avenues for our menu, at the brewery where I work. The Chipotle Mustard mixed with mayo is an excellent compliment to our house cuban, makes a great spicy ranch, or replaces horseradish on some of our roast beef sandwiches. When paired with Carolina Gold or Mississippi Comeback, the depth and scope of the flavors satisfy a large percentage of people's pallette, while still remaining in the background, complimenting, not dominating the meat flavor. Chipotle Mustard is a fantastic addition to Duke's exceptional line-up.
